But let me tell you, all hardware is guaranteedfor 7 years,except the filters which need to be replaced after 500 gallons, except the reverseosmosis membrane itself has a 10 year guarantee. Answer: thats because I can't remember what theothers were like. What sold me was that The Kinetico had such better results, guaranties,and features and It came in a neat black model to. :) But If your unit is producing 3 to 5 gallons of waste for 1 gallon of good then that'sstandard for reverse. I'm producing about 2 1/2 gallons of waste per gallon.

Most Kinetico dealers do have financing and they really are neat units. And no I'm not affiliated to Kinetico in any way. I'm just a highly satisfiedcustomer. Sorry I'm no help. This is stolen directly off their web site.
